A meeting with good participation of retired officers residing in Coimbatore, Salem, Erode and nearby areas was held in the Coimbatore Divisional Office on 1st June� 2022. Issues like nominations of more hospitals were discussed. Shri T Krishnan, Secretary, Shri C Sivakumar, Vice President and Shri K Thiagarajan, Committee Member of IROWA (SR) participated in the Meeting. Coordinators, Shri P V Viswanathan & Shri K Ramamurthy organized the Meet.

Vadodara Chapter Annual General Meeting (AGM)/Get together was held on 29th April, 2022. Around 200 persons attended the AGM. Shri CK Raja Ex ED/ IROWA was the Chairman. Chief guest Shri S Bhatnagar ED GR-J graced the occasion. The photo below show 4 office bearers and 6 elected members:

Theme : Share one special �Indianoil memory� with Chairman through a handwritten letter. HR department of Gujarat (Koyali) refinery arranged a program in Kundan hall.

Annual General Body Meeting of IROWA(KU) held on 28.10.2026 at Kochi
Annual General Body Meeting of IROWA(KU) was held at Cochin on 28.10.2026. Highlights are given below for your kind perusal and publishing in our house journal:
1) The AGM was conducted at Nihara Resorts & Spa , a very popular tourist location situated at Kadamakudy, Cochin, surrounded by backwaters and serene natural greenery all around.
2) The meeting was conducted with half a day official business and the afternoon session for entertainment, outdoor activities and boating .
3) A record number of members and their spouses joined the mega event and thoroughly enjoyed all activities..
4) Felicitated 18 members who have attained the age of 75 plus during the year.
5) Though we had planned felicitation of centenerian Shri Srini Vasudevan Nair, aged 103, retired from our Barauni Refinery., the event could not take place due to sudden ill health of the veteran. IROWA(KU) is planning to visit him at his residence shortly when he recovers and felicitate and present him with a memento.
6) Another important highlight of the AGM was release of a book titled "Enjoy the Second Innings", compiled by Shri K.A. Venu, Ex Sr HR Manager, KeSO and published by IROWA(KU) for exclusive use of all retired employees of IOCL.. This booklet is a ready reckoner of all circulars and formats pertaining to benefits available to all retirees.
In the post lunch session it was all entertainments viz. singing songs, tambola and of course the memorable boating through the serene backwaters of Kadamakudy village. All participants thoroughly enjoyed the event as is evident from the comments being made by them in the whatsapp group.
